Exec-u-sist was founded in 2009 by Tiffany Nielsen who’s life mission is to serve others. Having worked in customer service for over a decade, she knew the value and importance of truly caring for the consumer. She also realized that one of the biggest problems in the industry was the notion that customer service was an overhead expense instead of a revenue building tool. As an expense, it made sense to find the cheapest solution but the ROI on quality care was far more beneficial.
Nielsen endeavored to build a company that would provide genuine customer care at a comparable rate to offshore services so her clients could help stimulate the US economy. She realized that to accomplish this goal, her business model needed to be fiscally responsible, smoothly scalable and flexible enough to help struggling families anywhere in the country.
The result, a 100% completely virtual company with no facilities or utilities costs, minimal resource expenses, and the flexibility to hire experienced professionals, anywhere. By leveraging today’s cloud technology and hosted services, Exec-u-sist is able to provide all of the functions, monitoring, management and redundancy one would expect of a traditional global call center at a fraction of the cost.
